{"id":3704,"date":"2020-11-07T07:06:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-07T11:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/?p=3704"},"modified":"2020-11-07T07:06:29","modified_gmt":"2020-11-07T11:06:29","slug":"in-him-our-new-address-part-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/in-him-our-new-address-part-5\/","title":{"rendered":"IN HIM \u2013 OUR NEW ADDRESS Part 5"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>For He has rescued us\u00a0and\u00a0has drawn us to Himself from the dominion of darkness, and has <u>transferred us to the<\/u> <u>Kingdom of His Beloved Son,<\/u>\u00a0<\/em><strong><em><sup>14\u00a0<\/sup><\/em><\/strong><em>in whom we have redemption [because of His sacrifice, resulting in] the forgiveness of our sins [and the cancellation of sins\u2019 penalty]. <\/em><em><strong>Colossians 1:13-14 Amplified<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From our last blogs, we discovered what we possess in our new home <strong>IN HIM<\/strong> (the heart of Jesus Christ):<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Every one of our needs is supplied by Christ.<\/li>\n<li>He cares for our emotional and spiritual needs.<\/li>\n<li>We are safe and secure in His loving and protective arms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another one of our most intimate needs is to feel and know that we are <strong>valued and adored<\/strong>.\u00a0 This word <strong>valued<\/strong> means to have <em>worth, importance, cherished, appreciated, or prized.<\/em> <strong>Adored<\/strong> means, <em>to be loved deeply<\/em>. Every human being longs to know that someone in their lives truly <strong>values<\/strong> them for who they are, and not for what they have, or what they can do for them. In our society, most people are <strong>valued <\/strong>because they have money, positions, titles, prestige, or talents. And those who don\u2019t, usually are discounted as <em>worth-less<\/em>.\u00a0 But, I am so glad our Lord and Father don\u2019t measure us according to man\u2019s standards but of one that is higher and nobler. They said, \u201cLet us make mankind in OUR IMAGE.\u201d We are our Father\u2019s greatest achievement in the universe! We are greater than the angels, the majestic mountains, and even their universe\u2026We are their Greatest Feat! <strong>Every human life is valued and adored by our Lord<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Today, let\u2019s examine how <strong>IN Christ,<\/strong> He values and adores us individually as if we were the only ONE on earth. He holds us in very high esteem and calls us <strong>His Prized Possessions<\/strong>! Let\u2019s look at a few scriptures which tell us what He thinks and feels about us.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/?attachment_id=3705\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3705\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3705\" src=\"https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/In-Him-Valued.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"804\" height=\"842\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/In-Him-Valued.png 804w, https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/In-Him-Valued-286x300.png 286w, https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/In-Him-Valued-768x804.png 768w, https:\/\/hispreciousgift.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/In-Him-Valued-258x270.png 258w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 804px) 100vw, 804px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>He Values and Appreciates Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYour eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me when as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!\u201d <strong>Psalm 139:16-17<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father\u2019s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; <strong>you are of more value than many sparrows.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Matthew 10:29-31<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be <strong>conformed to the image of His Son<\/strong>, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.\u201d\u00a0<strong>Romans 8:28-29<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cFor this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.\u201d\u00a0<strong>1 Timothy 2:3-4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>He Adores Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGreater love has no one than this: to lay down one\u2019s life for one\u2019s friends.\u201d \u00a0<strong>John 15:13<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cHow great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!\u201d<strong>\u00a0\u00a0 I John 3:1<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cHis banner over me is love.\u201d \u00a0<strong>Song of Songs 2:4<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGive thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.\u201d <strong>I\u00a0Chronicle 16:34<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. \u00a0He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.\u201d \u00a0<strong>Zephaniah 3:17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>He Will Never Leave or Forsake Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor the Lord will not cast off His people, nor will He forsake His inheritance.\u201d\u00a0<strong>Psalm 94:14<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cFor I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.\u201d\u00a0<strong>Romans 8:38-39<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, <strong>\u201cNever will I leave you; never will I forsake you.\u201d<\/strong> <strong>Hebrews 13:5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Rest assured, there is no one in heaven or earth who <strong>values and adores<\/strong> us more than our Father and Lord Jesus Christ!
